022011 -- Heartcatch PreCure Paradise!
I swear I will put this up, and then, I am going to bed. I normally don't typically stay up this late on a Sunday.
I am super, super, super excited for this! I can't even begin to tell you guys how stoked I am to finally be posting this. I've been working on this project for a month now, and finally got all of the pictures done tonight, so I can finally post it.
HeartCatch PreCure Paradise is a radio show sequel/continuation of the original HeartCatch Precure (find out more about HeartCatch, and PreCure, here). Have we caught up? Great. :)
Tsubomi, Erika, Itsuki, and Yuri are still all together as friends. It is six months or so after HeartCatch -- about the time of the flashforward at the end of episode 49. Within those six months, the characters have grown a good amount as evidenced, but haven't had too much time to spend together. Erika proposes an idea -- a great summer vacation retreat! They go off to a resort island together with Shypre, Coffret, and Potpourri in tow, with Grandma Hanasaki around in case they need her.
Tsubomi in specific is super-nervous about the retreat -- mostly because she'll be seeing Yuri a *lot* more, and her respect and kindness for Yuri have evolved into love. Erika knows about this love and insists that Tsubomi do *something* about it...but before Tsubomi can, their vacation is wrecked by a new villain! Called Freejio, he comes from the northern Hokkaido and, much like Dune, threatens to turn the world into a desolate wasteland, only this time ice instead of a desert. Together with his partner Hoshizaki, they capture Cure Moonlight and the Heart Pot -- which is the key to their super diabolical plan.
Of course, there are new Cures who have been chasing Freejio across Japan. Named Cure Poinsettia and Cure Lily Of The Valley, they're going to need the remaining Cures' help to get back Moonlight and the Heart Pot...before it's too late!
