First off, let's start out with a new song!

Music

I present to you the song I wrote the other day -- what was it, Wednesday? Anyway, I've really wanted to get back to trying to play guitar for a long time, and I finally decided to go ahead and try it. So, naturally, my first efforts are HORRIBLE. I've never been able to really play this instrument, although I have one (I bought it when I was sixteen and was first starting to learn -- they had them on sale through my school.) But I've had this guitar for, what now, six years (hahaha) and still haven't done a whole lot with it.

The song is aptly titled "I Can't Play Guitar," and yeah, of course the guitar kind of stinks, but I'm sure I will improve as I get better.

Meanwhile, I am at Polaris, in the Holy Land (if you've lived under a rock for the past six months, I mean Barnes and Noble). This place is FREAKING AMAZING. I stepped into the main mall and I felt like I had just come to Fairfield Commons...but it's better, because it has so many stores. I do not lie. Dylan, you would love this place, because there are so many toy stores inside the mall. Plus, there's an Apple store, two Starbucks locations, and a Chick-Fil-A! (Which I'm eating right now. I had a Dr. Pepper, but it decided to ruin my shirt, which made me a bit unhappy. Luckily I can't see any of it on the shirt now; I'm letting it dry as I sit here.)

Today has just been amazing, though. I was all smiles as I went shopping in the mall. I lost an earring at work on Wednesday; I went to Claire's and they had the earrings still on sale there as well. I spent way too much on earrings there today, but that's because I thought some of the other ones were cute. :) Then I went to Hot Topic, where I got some picks for my guitar (the Music = Life ones). And finally, I stopped by Bath and Body Works, where I got the new mini-sized lotion! It's called 'Country Chic,' I think. Haven't had a chance to peruse the use of it yet, but I will. It's just a matter of time.

They also have stores outside, too -- I saw Forever 21, as well as a couple of others and a Dave & Busters. The Holy Land is an outside store, which I don't mind.

The OTHER thing they have near here is that Toys R Us I went to a couple of weeks ago for Elena's baby shower. (It's a Toys R Us/Babies R Us hybrid. Literally, one minute you're in bibs and the next you're in Lego's. It's ALSO the same one I dreamed about, whut, the night before?) I hit the jackpot there, as well. After this, I'm gonna go walk around the Holy Land, and then, I have addresses for the Target and Meijer near here. Yay no more Walmart! (No offense to Walmart, seriously. But I think I've had enough of that store.)

Oh, and yay Synergy-inspired music. Darn you Norcians for always creepin' in. Kyon's a creeper, Kyon's a creeper XD
