021611 -- Relaxation
Feb. 16th, 2011 03:43 pmThis morning, I am sitting here, relaxing. I know that I didn't write yesterday. But I had two bigger entries the past couple of days, and I think that's okay.
I don't like spring in my college town. It brings back too many memories. But I like spring here in my hometown. I look out my window and feel that everything is changing and I do not sense a pressure that I have to perform or die. I can actually feel good about the changing of seasons. I want to go to the park and look at the changing leaves. I want to run around in the sun. Sun-running is strange when there isn't much sun to run in. But it's still fun.
After working so hard for the past few days, I think it's good to relax sometimes. To watch my favorite shows. To eat the food I want to eat. To get mad when I can't skip the commercials. To wear my pink shoelaces on my boots and to feel good about it. To take a nap when I want to. To work hard for my art.
Don't you think that's enough?
