In the bright light of morning,
even the trees lose their color.
They hide themselves in the blinding light,
their identities concealed.
Hiding under their blanket of sunshine.
Hope grows distant, fearing warmth.
I hide under my own blanket, in my cave room.

His smile is too bright, too kind
I'm about to show my weakness, about to cry --

I knew it was love, ever since that moment
It felt like my emotions were power
Coming out of my wrist.
Why is it so hard for people to follow their hearts?

I'm sure I knew the truth, but I denied it.
The one I love is right before me.
Maybe when the wind changes, I'll finally tell him.

I knew it was love, ever since that moment.
Maybe when the wind changes,
when the trees change color and bud once more,
I'll be able to smile honestly.
