So welcome to October! Glad to still be here. There have been a lot of changes between September and October. Let me just touch on a couple:

-- Since I'm chasing my dreams and not working full time for corporate America, I've officially been priced out of the Upper East Side. I've moved in with my writer friend Tamsin L. Silver in Inwood, which is north of Washington Heights (a neighborhood I'm familiar with). It may scare other people, but I'm quite comfortable here. Although, to be honest, it feels more like an extended sleepover so far. Maybe it will make sense to me that I'm here to stay in a while, perhaps after the up and coming holiday season.
-- NaNoWriMo is also coming up, and as usual, I'm planning on participating. I'll be updating my status here as we go, and I'll probably talk a lot about Cosmic. There are two reasons for this: the first is because The Heart Of It All will be coming out around the holiday season. and the second is because I'll be writing another story in the Cosmic world for this year's NaNo. I'm not going to release a lot of details just yet, but when I do, you'll know.
-- The full website is live at http://emilyannimes.blogspot.com. In addition, both Rhythm Buster 200X and The Mystery of Taconum Carnival are available for paperback sale. Both will be up as e-books before New York Comic-Con.
-- Yes, I have my own booth at NYCC! I'll be at booth #2167 with Tamsin and her good friend John Hartness. No, I'm not expecting miracles. But it would be cool iif I could get to meet a lot of new people. Also, THE ALL POWERFUL BETH REVIS will be there, so that's always something good.

I've got work in the morning, and I've still got to make a post or two online, so that's all for now.
